wham bam instagram

are you on instagram? let's connect

yep. using that title again.
because i'm sassy. and possibly because it snowed yesterday, so i just don't care about much.
just kidding. we can make our own sunshine, praise jesus!

loved this quote i read on wednesday:
"pay as little attention to discouragement as possible. plough ahead as a steamer does, rough or smooth, rain or shine. to carry your cargo and make your port the point." (maltbie babcock)

finally hung this cutie canvas i picked up forever ago at pier one. if that doesn't cheer you up, you're a potted plant.

hot date with my sweetie man. i ordered the type of burrito i like. it was delicious.

these favorites went back in my shop this week. holla!

if you have washi tape, tea lights and one minute, you really must make these!

do you enjoy really good hip-hop? this is for you. an oldie that's oh so good.

my sweet, thoughtful friend gifted me this poster for my birthday a few months ago. seriously, don't those deer look just like me and elijah? :) every time i look at it, i hear the song, and think of these words:
on the day i called, you answered me; my strength of soul you increased. psalm 138:3

elijah worked super hard yesterday at therapy. he's mastered three objectives this week. T H R E E. what a champion. he was a cuddly, cozy little thing when he came home. too tired to take off his coat!

i had a little giveaway on my shop's instagram. the snow made me do it :) follow me there @shopwifeysinger (and on facebook, too!) for fun little things like that!

and speaking of the shop, stop by tomorrow for details, i heard that every purchase on saturday gets free earrings!

happy weekend!
any fun plans? we're headed to an autism walk and celebration on saturday!

linking up with jeannett today, join us!

  1. It seems to be snowing everywhere but here--rain, rain, thunder, lightning, and more rain. I stayed inside and worked on my current quilt and cooked up a feast for the guys at supper. A great stay at home day.
