coffee break {links for you}

hello, darlings. happy friday to you!

i have roughly twelve posts started in my drafts. all unfinished because i have no time to write.
you know, the real stuff that occupies my mind.
but, i do have a minute to quickly gather some great links for you!

{question: where do i get my coffee break links from?
when i find fun things that i know you'd like too,
i bookmark/collect them in a folder for easy sharing here with you!}

speaking of questions, i have had a few regarding this blog, more technical things than not,
and i will squeeze in an informative post next week, lord willing!

let's do this! grab a cuppa goodness-i'll be having cranberry white chocolate coffee today.
sounded wild at first, but i tried it. and it is wild. and amazing.

looking for a fresh  idea for your next get together?

please go take a peek at this feature on pizzazzerie.
a grilled cheese bar, y'all! delicious AND fun!

speaking of delicious food...
i fight over-eating. this post was written for me.

need a festive something for st. patty's day?

in addition to my finds from yesterday,
check out this simple tutorial from andrea over at four flights of fancy.
loved it last year, but never got around to making one. this is my year, yours too:)

on tackling housework: "it takes longer to procrastinate than it does to act..."
favorite line in this excellent post from jules at pancakes and french fries

oh.my.heck. this color combo:

this friendship bracelet rug from the house that lars built
was my fave in this recent diy roundup on poppytalk!
but the washi tape dots and elastic shoes are awesome, too!

and this. this was the fruit of some blog stalking.
which is what i often do while waiting for elijah to finish therapy,
or in the car waiting for patrick to get off work.
this post from ruth at gracelaced. brief and important:

tell me.
what fabulous things are striking your fancy this week?
what's been encouraging you?

  2. Hey, just noticed your comment on my beautifully rooted post and wanted to send you a big hug through cyperspace and let you know that I am praying for you as I type this. You'll be amazed at the joy and lessons you'll learn through your kiddo, so think about that in the challenging times when you're exhausted and at your wits end :) Because sometimes there are days like that so don't beat yourself up when they come.

  3. Gracelaced post reminded me of Linda Dillow's "Calm My Anxious Heart." if you haven't read it, it will change your life and teach you so much about being satisfied in Him. so good. i almost need to read it every six months!

    and i love the pankcakes and french fries link. good stuff there! i am getting on a good housework routine this coming week. i am making myself do it. finally.

    happy friday, happy girl! : )
